The terms for using Daji OS.

Agreement
By creating an account or using Daji OS you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
The service
Daji OS provides hotel operations software, including modules for reservations, rates, housekeeping, finance, sales, construction and reporting, and optional AI assistance. Features may change over time.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure and limit access to people who need it. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the data you enter.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other customers' data, upload harmful files, or use it to break the law.
Platform AI
AI suggestions are drafts. A person must confirm every action, and the assistant cannot authorize or release payments. You remain responsible for decisions you make.
Your data
You keep ownership of the data you put into Daji OS. You give us permission to process it only to provide and secure the service.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous twelve months.
Ending the service
You may stop using Daji OS at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. You can request an export of your data on exit.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes. Governing law and jurisdiction will be stated in your customer agreement.
