Who we are
Daji OS is a hotel operating system. This policy explains what information we handle when you visit this website or use the Daji OS software.
Information we collect
Website visitors: basic technical data such as pages viewed and browser type. The marketing pages use no advertising trackers.
Account holders: your name, work email, role, the properties you manage, and the data you or your team enter into the software, such as reservations, rates, housekeeping, finance and reports.
How we use it
To provide and secure the service, to sign you in, to support you, and to improve the product. Platform AI features act only within the permissions of the person using them. We do not sell personal information.
Customer data
Each customer's data is kept separate from every other customer's. You own your data. Platform operator staff do not see customers' financial numbers, and operator access is logged.
Service providers
We use infrastructure and hosting providers to run the service. They may process data only to provide it to us and under confidentiality obligations.
Retention and deletion
We keep data while your account is active and as required by law. You can ask us to export or delete your data when you end your account.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal information. Email sunny@skkyhospitality.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify account holders.
